I'm positive that along with blogging, the 21 Day Fitness Challenge was a huge part of keeping me motivated these last three weeks.
Knowing that I needed to make a post saying I failed was a great motivator for me. I really do NOT want someone to be able to call me out for sucking.
So here's the deal. I'm going to pot everything I eat here. If it bores you, sorry.
But the fun part is you can yell at me if I'm eating poorly! Give me tips and ideas. What do you say? Please?
Lunch time:
Baby Carrots
Edamame
Cucumber "sub" (aka hollowed cucumber with 2 slices deli turkey and laughing cow cheese)
Dinner:
Portobello Pizza
Orange
